I am a hydrogeologist and environmental scientist with more than 3 decades of experience. I have written four books and I am a Fulbright Senior Scholar winning 4 awards between 2003 and 2012. I have BA and MA in geology, and I am licensed as a geologist and hydrogeologist in California. Olivia Jacobs has almost 3 decades of experience in historic industrial property evaluation and real estate Phase I Environmental Assessments.
