23 years helping Buyers buy well and Sellers sell well, I know the community, know values and have a 96% success rate selling homes I have listed and a 100% success rate representing Buyers. For Selling, the keys are Pricing, Presentation and Exposure, discerning who the buyer is, marketing to that person/family. For Buyers, the key is listening well and helping them find the home they want including complete inspections and disclosure after the property is in escrow. 23 years as a Broker.
What is your primary product or service?
Helping Sellers sell well and Buyers buy well, knowing the market, knowing the neighborhoods, understanding values and what drives values, developing marketing programs that target the most likely buyer for a client's home, and doing the due diligence in the disclosure process for Buyers so they know and understand what they are buying.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was originally in the appraisal business, developed a reputation for knowing values and the drivers of value, and, during a down market in the early 1990's, was approached by Buyers who heard about my valuation skills as they did not want to overpay, then I found I had a strong understanding of who the buyer was for a particular home and understood how to market, Sellers found me, and the rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am independent, I am not driven by hyped up corporate values or the need to be #1, I limit myself to just those clients who value and respect my skills so I can give them my best efforts as what drives me is a satisfied client who refers me to others.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, and I have no plans to expand.

What type of payments do you accept?
I work on commission from the Seller, Buyers do not pay a commission.
Which areas do you service?
I focus on the Belvedere-Tiburon community where I live, but have done numerous sales in other high-end areas of Marin such as Sausalito, Mill Valley, Greenbrae, Kentfield, Ross, Larkspur and Corte Madera.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner.
What are your hours of operation?
9ish to dark, five to seven days a week depending on my work load.
