Stopped in to get a last minute bouquet of flowers for a birthday on Sunday, the arrangement was beautiful, well priced and above all else, the customer service was top notch. When I walked in, the sweetest lady greeted me and asked what she could help me with. She talked me through the different flowers and options for the arrangement and was extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful and nice! Without question the best florist experience I've ever had! The shop is decorated beautifully and the selection is great. Will definitely be using them for all my floral needs in the future!

Royal Fleur is indeed a florist fit for royalty! I can't say enough positive things on their amazing service! To begin my story, I went to their website to order flowers for my friend's birthday. However, I made a mistake and chose the wrong date for the delivery. Upon realizing my stupid mistake, I called Royal Fleur immediately and they completely understood and helped me change the delivery date even though my call was at the last minute. When the flowers arrived, they were gorgeous. The flowers were arranged beautifully. The flowers were fresh! They really looked beautiful in our photos! Best of all, it didn't cost me much. I will definitely order more again!
