What is your primary product or service?
Import, wholesale, and sales to consumers of Italian boutique wines, select quality food and accessories.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in a wine producing region in Italy. When I moved here I was missing the small production, quality wines and regional food which I used to enjoy in Italy, thus I decided to promote and import such products.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We bring in carefully selected products, which offer quality consistency. Our products tasters live in Italy and keep a close relationship with the producing estates, which are often family run businesses.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Because of the three-tier system, we are allowed to sell to consumers online, by phone, or catalog only.
